ExerCircles is a 30 minute low impact exercise program, which means no heavy weights, ideal for women and men of all ages.
Exercircles uses hydraulic pistons to provide resistance to motion.
Exercise stations are designed to provide an
efficient and effective total-body-muscle exercise that helps you achieve your proper target heart rate.
ExerCircles is based on the original 30 minute low impact
circuit program -- PACE ,
(Programmed Aerobic/Anaerobic/ Accommodating Circuit Exercise)--
that combines a strength workout with a cardiovascular workout
in a half-hour program. Timed voice prompts move you from station to station and help you monitor your pulse.
The key to ExerCircles is, it is fun. It's more fun to work out with your friends (especially those in the same shape you are in) with
a leader who is concerned with safety and can provide inspiration and
motivation. If working out is fun, you are more likely to stick with it and
reach your fitness goals.
