PACE stands for Programmed Aerobic/Anaerobic/ Accommodating Circuit Exercise).


It is the original 30 minute hydraulic circuit program using fluid filled pistons as the source of resistance. The resistance is determined both by the pressure that the user exerts and by the easily adjusted flow setting found on the piston.

PACE based exercise programs are effective for men and women of all ages and espcially effective and "body friendlier" for seniors and ideal for post-rehabilitation excercises.
