The objective of the circuit program is to move the heart rate into the yellow column
and maintain it in that range for the 30 minute workout.
While it is possible to push the rate higher, risks increase.
Excessive heart rates interfere with the effective pumping action of the heart.
Every five minutes during the Exercircles workout a voice prompt asks for a
pulse check and provides a count of seconds. Participates can read their pulse rate off of a chart.
Emphasis is on a safe and effective level of cardio effort.
