Rotary Torso: Muscles worked: Exteral Obliques. Suggested resistance settings 2-3. Sit on bench seat with back straight. Grasp handles, Twist entire upper torso side to side (not just arms) in a smooth, quick motion. Do not jerk. Move within a comfortable range, not the full distance right-and-left of the machine. Start slowly, and build on your own unique physical capabilities. |
